Description

Module with a sensor for measuring the heart rate PAH8001EI-2G. It is a high-performance and energy-saving optical CMOS sensor with a green LED and an integrated DSP processor serving as a heart rate detection (HRD) sensor. The heart rate sensor chip requires high processing speed, therefore the module uses an STM32F103 microcontroller, which can be reprogrammed by the user. The board is equipped with a Grove connector, so it can be used with the Base Shield V2 and Arduino extension. The module communicates via the I2C interface and is supplied with the voltage of 5 V. The kit includes a housing that protects the heart rate monitor module from damage and a wristband that allows the device to be worn on a finger or arm.
