Description
The FL-2C-20A current shunt is designed for measuring high DC currents. At the rated current of 20A, the voltage drop across the shunt is 75mV, allowing it to operate with a 75mV millivoltmeter and extend the measuring range of an ammeter. The product features an accuracy class of 0.5.
The shunt is made of copper and a copper-manganese alloy, while its outer housing is resistant to high temperatures and made of flame-retardant material. The design provides efficient heat dissipation, a low temperature drift coefficient and stable operation under long-term load. The product is also resistant to vibration and shock.
The shunt can operate at ambient temperatures from -40 to 60°C and at relative humidity up to 95% at 35°C. The permissible overload is 120% of the rated current for 2 hours. For the 20A version, the temperature rise under load does not exceed 80°C.
