Description
The device FL-2C-60A is designed for measuring high DC currents. At the rated current of 60A, the voltage drop across the shunt is 75mV, allowing it to operate with a 75mV magnetoelectric millivoltmeter and extend the measuring range of an ammeter. The product features an accuracy class of 0.5.
The shunt is made of copper and a copper-manganese alloy, while its outer housing is resistant to high temperatures and made of flame-retardant material. The design provides efficient heat dissipation, a low temperature drift coefficient, stable operation under long-term load and resistance to vibration and shock.
The shunt can operate at ambient temperatures from -40 to 60°C and at relative humidity up to 95% at 35°C. The permissible overload is 120% of the rated current for 2 hours. Since the 60A version belongs to variants with a rated current above 50A, the temperature rise under load is limited to a maximum of 120°C.
