The 74LVC1G07GV is a compact, energy-efficient single-channel logic buffer with an open-drain output, designed for digital systems operating within a voltage range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V. It offers fast switching, high drive capability, and stable performance in applications such as LED control, data lines, and interfaces with mixed logic level standards.
Single-bit buffer/driver from the LVC (Low-Voltage CMOS) family with open-drain output. Functions as a non-inverting buffer with a single input and output, intended for use with logic systems powered from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. A 32 mA drive capability enables direct control of LEDs or data lines in low-voltage systems. High switching speed (propagation delay down to 1.6 ns at 5 V) and low current consumption make it suitable for energy-efficient applications. Designed for surface-mounting in a compact SC-74A (SOT753) package, with an operating temperature range from –40 °C to +125 °C.
