Cynel EVO-TF gel flux is an advanced solution used mainly for soldering BGA and SMD systems. Its gel consistency facilitates precise application, which is crucial in modern soldering techniques. Manufactured from RMA grade thickened rosin flux (ROL0 class according to IPC J-STD-004), EVO-TF is recognized in the electronics industry for its efficiency and effectiveness.
