Description
Easy Print Sn62 Pb36 Ag2 solder paste is designed for surface mounting of SMD components. The product is characterized by high resistance to the mid-chip solderballing phenomenon and good adhesion to components, lasting for over 24 hours after application. The paste provides faithful reproduction of contours for 8 hours of continuous printing, which extends its shelf life. Thanks to minimal, colorless and non-corrosive soldering residues, the product facilitates the penetration of tester needles. Easy Print solder paste is also characterized by high precision of detail reproduction (fine pitch) and the ability to print at a squeegee speed of up to 150 mm / s.
