Description

The U3V70A Step-Up voltage regulator module with an output voltage from 4.5 to 20 V and an input voltage from 2.9 to VOUT. The maximum current load of the module is 10 A, however, with prolonged use, the current above 6 A may activate the thermal protection. The converter achieves the standard efficiency above 80-95% with similar values of the input and output voltage. The module is protected against reverse polarity and short circuit.
