NUCLEO-U5A5ZJ-Q is an STM32 development board with the STM32U5A5ZJ microcontroller offering extended functionality and a high level of integration. ST morpho and ST Zio connectors enable flexible prototyping with ARDUINO-compatible shields.
The NUCLEO-U5A5ZJ-Q development board with the STM32U5A5ZJ microcontroller enables the design of advanced low-power applications using the ARM Cortex-M33 core. The microcontroller, available in an LQFP144 package, is equipped with 2 MB Flash memory and 786 kB SRAM, providing up to 114 I/O lines. The board follows the STM32 Nucleo-144 format and features ST morpho and ST Zio connectors, extending compatibility with ARDUINO Uno V3 shields. The integrated ST-LINK programmer-debugger supports MSC, Virtual COM, and debug port functions. Additional elements include 3 LEDs, a user button, a RESET button, and a 32.768 kHz oscillator. Power supply is possible via USB, external connector, or ST-LINK.
