The device features 128 kB Flash memory and 16 kB RAM, supporting communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, USART/UART, and USB. It is equipped with DMA controllers, PWM, safety circuits POR and WDT, and a 13-channel 12-bit ADC. Designed for embedded applications, automation systems, and peripheral control. Package: 48-LQFP.
