Description
The Yihua 982-V soldering station is designed for precision electronics service work, particularly for soldering SMD components and repairing mobile devices and motherboards. The device operates with C210 series tips, where the heating element is integrated directly into the tip. This design enables very fast heating and excellent temperature stability during operation. The 40 W output power allows efficient soldering of small electronic components, integrated circuits and thin wires.
The station provides temperature adjustment in the range from 90°C to 450°C. Settings can be changed directly from the device control panel or using buttons located on the soldering iron handle. The color LCD display shows the current tip temperature, the target temperature and the power level used during operation. The device also allows selecting the temperature unit between °C and °F.
The implemented power management functions automatically reduce the tip temperature when the soldering iron is placed in the holder, switching the station to standby mode. During longer inactivity the device enters sleep mode, which reduces energy consumption and extends tip lifetime. The station also provides a digital temperature calibration function allowing adjustment of readings to real operating conditions.
The compact enclosure with dimensions of 160 x 79 x 80 mm allows convenient use even on small service workstations. The holder construction enables quick replacement of C210 tips without the use of tools, making it easy to adapt the soldering iron to different types of service work.
