Description
Two-in-one soldering station - YIHUA 852D+ combines a 650 W hot air rework tool and a 50 W soldering iron. The Hot Air section operates within a 100 to 480°C temperature range and provides airflow up to 120 l/min, while the soldering iron temperature can be adjusted from 200 to 480°C. Operating parameters are shown on the display, while temperature and airflow intensity are set using rotary controls. After operation, the automatic cooling function reduces the temperature of the Hot Air heating element.
The soldering iron can be used for assembling and servicing through-hole and SMD components, while the Hot Air section facilitates soldering and desoldering SMD devices, including components in QFP, SOIC, PLCC, and BGA packages. The ESD Safe design, together with low tip-to-ground resistance and tip-to-ground potential, allows the station to be used with electronic components sensitive to electrostatic discharge.
