Description

The Yihua 853D soldering station is a 5in1 station equipped with a hot air soldering iron, soldering iron, 1A 15V service power supply, RF signal tester and voltage meter. The station has a real reading of hot air temperature. By buying this station we receive three devices that can work independently or simultaneously. Thanks to this, these devices take up less space, are more practical, save energy. The soldering station is controlled by a microcontroller, thanks to which the soldering iron and power supply can work independently.

The soldering iron is equipped with an automatic heater cooling function when the soldering iron is not used, in the case of a hot air soldering iron the switch is located in the holder, so after putting the soldering iron the automatic cooling takes place, in the case of a soldering iron you can set the time after which the soldering iron cools down to 200ºC, which significantly extends the life of the heater. Stable and efficient air discharge is provided by the fan located in the flask. The fan is driven by a brushless motor, ensuring much higher durability and reliability of the device. Full and smooth adjustment of the blow-in power, adjustable by means of a knob, the temperature is controlled by buttons, all parameters are visible on the LED display.

The wide range of available tips allows you to solder not only through-hole elements, but also SMD in housings such as QFP, SOIC or PLCC, while the hot air soldering iron compatible with many nozzles will be perfect for soldering elements in more demanding housings such as BGA.
