The Marble Run Spiral Hoist is the fourth model in the Ugears collection of fascinating DIY wooden mechanical marble runs. The hoist has two types of rails to speed the ascent: the main spiral rails and vertical rails. This old-timey truck sure is pretty to look at, but it\'s not just for show. The Ugears Pickup Lumberjack is a working truck with a job to do, and that\'s hauling wood (or hay bales, or work tools—whatever you can imagine)! Based on the popular 1959 Chevrolet 3100, the DIY wooden model features a 1m x 7mm spring motor (same as the powerful Ugears Drift Cobra) allowing the Pickup to travel up to 6 meters and haul loads of 400 - 450 g in the truck bed. The Wright brothers got it right. When these talented bicycle mechanics set out to build the world\'s first motor-driven, heavier-than-air airplane, they needed wings that could provide enough lift, yet be light and strong. They went with a biplane design, seen in early hang gliders. Biplanes have two fixed wings, one on top of the other, connected with supporting struts; the bracing permits a lighter wing structure. WWI flyers took to the skies in biplanes, and while the Red Baron is known for his iconic crimson triplane, most of his decorated combat career was spent in biplanes. Well, make room on the shelf, because a powerful new mechanical model just muscled its way into the Ugears Automotive collection. Introducing the Drift Cobra Racing Car, a beautifully-styled, two-seat convertible—our twist on what may be the most revered sports car of all time: the Shelby Cobra 427. The Cobra 427, produced between 1965-67, had a 7.0 litre 450-510 horsepower engine, did 0-60 mph in just over 4 seconds, and had a top speed of 185 mph. UGears 70161

The Tower Windmill from Ugears is more than a mechanical puzzle. It is an exciting adventure into the history of old England. The model is based on the Chesterton Windmill, a 17th-century cylindrical stone tower windmill that was built outside the village of Chesterton, Warwickshire county. Built around 1632-33, the Windmill was restored between 1965 and 1974 and today it is the earliest tower mill in England to retain any of its working parts.

This unique construction with an arched base was presumably built by a prominent figure of the period, Sir Edward Peyto that owned Chesterton Manor at that time. UGears 70055
