Description
The powder-coated satin sheet is designed for theOriginal Prusa XL printer. Made of spring steel, it works with the heated bed equipped with high Curie temperature magnets, ensuring stable positioning of the sheet during printing and allowing quick removal after the print is completed.
The PEI coating is applied directly onto the metal using a powder-coating process, providing mechanical durability and wear resistance. The satin surface structure offers a balance between smooth and textured sheets, delivering reliable first layer adhesion and a semi-matte finish on the bottom surface of the printed model.
The surface performs well with a wide range of filaments, including PLA, PETG, and engineering materials. After the heated bed cools down, printed parts release in a controlled manner without excessive force. For materials with high adhesion, appropriate cleaning procedures should be followed according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Do not clean with acetone
Clean with isopropyl alcohol according to the manufacturer’s recommendations
