Description
The SY-020 micro vacuum pump is designed for 220 VAC operation and utilizes a diaphragm mechanism. Its nylon construction provides increased wear resistance and stable operation in applications requiring continuous vacuum or overpressure generation. The device operates as an air-operated medium, making it suitable for use in vacuum systems, vacuum gripper systems, laboratory equipment, and automation and robotic applications requiring a compact vacuum source.
The SY-020 model achieves a flow rate of ≥20 L/min (1.2 m³/h) and a pumping speed of 0.3 L/s. Its maximum operating pressure is -90 kPa, allowing for a rough vacuum with a final pressure of 0.09 Pa. The 6 mm outlet port diameter facilitates integration with typical pneumatic lines used in low-pressure systems.
