Description

Industrial digital input/output module equipped with 8 DI inputs and 8 DO outputs, designed for monitoring and control of signals in automation systems. Communication via Ethernet interface using Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU protocols enables integration with PLC systems, SCADA environments, and IoT applications.

The module supports multiple network communication modes, including TCP, UDP, HTTP, and MQTT, allowing flexible deployment in various control architectures. Dual Ethernet ports enable cascading connection of multiple modules and communication with other network devices.

Digital inputs support both active and passive signals (PNP/NPN) with optocoupler isolation and noise filtering. Outputs based on Darlington transistor open-drain design provide up to 500 mA per channel, enabling direct control of relays and actuators. Supported operating modes such as toggle, timed switching (flash ON/OFF), and input-output linkage allow implementation of control logic without additional controllers.

The module features galvanic isolation for power and signals, optocoupler isolation, and protection circuits (TVS, resettable fuse), improving resistance to interference and voltage spikes. Supports PoE power supply (IEEE 802.3af) as well as 7–36 V DC input. DIN rail mounting (35 mm) allows installation in industrial control cabinets.
