Description

Industrial DC monitoring module designed for measuring voltage, current and power across four independent channels, with communication via RS485 and Modbus RTU protocol. Suitable for integration in automation systems, energy management and installations requiring remote electrical parameter monitoring.

Measurement is performed using a 16-bit ADC and a 0.002 Ω (±1%) shunt resistor, enabling high accuracy and bidirectional current measurement. Supports voltage up to 36 V and current up to ±8 A, with direct power calculation.

RS485 communication enables operation in distributed systems and connection of multiple devices via configurable address (1–255). Wide 7–36 V DC power supply range allows use in various industrial environments.

The module features power and signal isolation, optocoupler isolation and protection circuits (TVS, resettable fuse), improving resistance to interference and voltage transients. DIN rail mount enclosure allows installation in control cabinets and easy system expansion.
