Description
The powder-coated textured sheet is designed for the Original Prusa XL printer. Made of spring steel, it works with the heated bed equipped with high Curie temperature magnets, ensuring secure positioning during printing and allowing quick removal of the sheet after the print is finished.
The PEI coating is applied directly onto the metal using a powder-coating process, providing high mechanical durability and long surface life. The textured finish transfers its pattern onto the bottom layer of the print and helps mask minor cosmetic wear. The steel base efficiently dissipates heat in case of accidental contact with a hot nozzle.
The surface offers strong adhesion for most common filaments without the need for additional adhesives when printing PETG. After the bed cools down, printed parts release automatically. For small PLA models with limited contact area, a brim may be required, while very large PLA prints may be prone to edge lifting.

Do not clean with acetone
Clean with isopropyl alcohol according to the manufacturer’s recommendations
