Description
Print sheet made of spring steel with a double-sided PP powder-coated surface designed for Original Prusa printers from the MK4, MK3/S/+ and MK2.5/S series. The surface has been developed specifically for polypropylene-based materials, which typically exhibit low adhesion on standard print sheets.
The specialized surface finish increases adhesion for PP filaments, including Prusament PP Carbon Fiber Black, enabling stable printing of larger models. The lightly textured finish, similar to satin sheets, supports reliable first layer bonding while allowing easy removal of prints after cooling.
The sheet works with a heated bed equipped with high Curie temperature magnets, ensuring secure attachment and quick removal without tools. Cleaning should be performed using isopropyl alcohol. The use of acetone leads to surface degradation and reduced adhesion performance.
