The IMX219-77 camera module with a 77.6° field of view extends the capabilities of the Raspberry Pi Camera V2, offering a wider field of view and high 8 MP image quality. Designed for educational, hobby, and analytical projects based on the Raspberry Pi platform.
The IMX219-77 module is a replacement for the standard lens of the Raspberry Pi Camera Module V2, equipped with a Sony IMX219 image sensor with 8 MP resolution and a 77.6° field of view, providing a wider field of observation than the standard version (62.2°). It is dedicated to Raspberry Pi projects that require greater frame coverage while maintaining high image quality.
With a 2.96 mm focal length lens and low distortion (<1%), the module is suitable for vision, monitoring, educational, and hobby applications. It supports still image resolution of 3280 × 2464 and video recording in 1080p30, 720p60, and 480p90 modes.
