Description

The CM5-IO-BASE-BOX-A development kit includes the CM5-IO-BASE-A base board, an aluminum ventilated enclosure, and a 27 W power supply. Designed to support the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5, the kit provides a comprehensive range of connectors: HDMI (dual 4K), USB 3.2 Gen1, MIPI interfaces for displays and cameras, and a PCIe x1 slot for system expansion. Compatible with all CM5 variants (Lite/eMMC), it also features a TF card slot for versions without onboard eMMC, a 40-pin GPIO header, and a PWM-controlled fan connector for flexible applications. The enclosure includes precisely cut openings and mounting elements for wall or DIN rail installation. Integrated power and BOOT buttons, a status LED, and an RTC battery holder enhance system functionality.
