Description
CNC milling machine designed for precise processing of various types of materials. It can be widely used in industry as a semi-professional CNC tool, for technological research, student projects or in a home workshop. The milling machine is controlled by a computer and is suitable for both production and amateur use.
The 3020 CNC milling machine has three movable axes that allow it to work in a working area of 200 x 300 x 55 mm. It uses good quality trapezoidal screws and is controlled by stepper motors, which ensures high precision of movement and an accuracy of 0.05 mm. A durable, aluminum frame ensures stability and durability of the structure. A 300 W motor is responsible for the movement of the cutter, which can reach a rotational speed of up to 8,000 rpm.
The device is equipped with a driver with a built-in power supply, which ensures stable operation of the device. The controller is connected to a computer via a USB interface.
The milling machine can work with various types of materials, such as wood, plexiglass, PCB laminate, PVC, acrylic, MDF boards or aluminum.
The set with the device includes a set of accessories that facilitate the assembly of the milling machine and assembly of the processed materials.
