DDSM115 - wheel integrated with PMSM motor and controller

Description

A drive in the form of a 100 mm diameter wheel integrated with a motor and controller. It provides a comprehensive solution that combines a PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) with a rated speed of 115 RPM and a torque of 0.96 Nm with an encoder with a resolution of 4096 pulses per revolution. It provides a compact design, is easy to install and quiet during operation. It guarantees stable operation and high weather resistance thanks to its IP54-compliant housing.

The built-in controller uses an industrial RS485 interface for communication, allowing several drives to be controlled via a single bus. It offers not only motor control, but also feedback information such as temperature, position, speed and current consumption.

The drive contains everything needed to effectively control the driving platform. It helps ensure smooth torque, constant speed and accurate position without external components such as rotation sensors.
