Description
Linear capacitive touch sensor that realizes potentiometer functionality with 256 positions. It can act as a peripheral device for a computer or a microcontroller. It provides both a two-channel analog output and a PWM output. The module is controlled by Microchip PIC16F1829 microcontroller which provides host interface, LED control, capacitive sensing and peripheral control functions. The built-in voltage stabilizer enables operation in the range of input voltages up to 12 V, and connectors compatible with contact plates facilitate prototyping. It will work in a wide range of projects as an element for volume control or dimming LEDs. Full documentation with examples of use is available on the product page.
