Description

Matrix display module with Raspberry Pi Pico W control board. It has built-in 583 RGB LEDs in a 53 x 11 arrangement with individual colour and brightness control, which are controlled by 10 FM6047 LED drivers. The use of the RP2040 chip allows images to be displayed at 300 frames per second with 14-bit precision. The board also includes a 3.2W MAX98357 mono amplifier communicating via an I2S interface, which allows a 1W speaker to be connected and generate sound effects. In addition, it is equipped with a phototransistor for light intensity detection and nine touch-sensitive user buttons.

The module is powered and programmed via a micro-B USB port. In addition, it has Qw/ST (Qwiic/STEMMA QT) connectors dedicated for connecting additional components (e.g. sensors) and a JST-PH connector for connecting batteries. The display is easy to use and allows quick creation of impressive animations with a simple user interface and Internet connection.
