Description

Waveshare 33508 is a kit based on a full color E-Paper display with a diagonal size of 7.3 inches, using E Ink Spectra 6 (E6) technology. The module is intended for use with Raspberry Pi Zero computers, including Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W, and is used in projects requiring low power consumption and long image retention without power.

The display operates in a passive, reflective mode, has no backlight, and retains the last displayed content even after power is disconnected. The integrated solid wood frame, rotatable stand, and wall mount enable the device to be used as a digital photo frame, information display, or an element of IoT systems. The module is equipped with a UPS circuit, a high-precision RTC DS3231 clock, and lithium battery support, allowing autonomous operation and safe system backup during power loss.
