Adafruit Feather HUZZAH ESP8266 is a new development board from Adafruit with a built-in WiFi module ESP8266.
The heart of the board is the ESP8266 module with a microcontroller clocked at 80 MHz and logic working in the voltage range from 0 to 3.3 V. The programming of the board is extremely simple thanks to the Arduino IDE environment providing a quick start of projects related to IoT technology. On the board there is a USB converter module - Serial TTL, CP2104 providing the ability to quickly load the code and communications with a speed of 921600 baud.
On PCB used the connector of a single-purpose battery Li-Pol with voltage of 3,7V for easier use in portable applications. The built-in charging system ensures charging by connecting via a USB connector.
