ESP32-S3-POE-ETH-8DI-8RO is an industrial actuator module with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet PoE connectivity, equipped with 8 digital inputs and 8 relay outputs with isolation. Thanks to RS485 support, microSD, and extensive protection mechanisms, it is suitable for use in industrial automation, control systems, and monitoring of AC- or DC-powered devices.
Description
Industrial actuator module based on the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-N16R8 microcontroller with a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor (up to 240 MHz), equipped with an Ethernet interface with PoE support (IEEE 802.3af), 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5 LE. The device includes eight relay outputs (max. 10 A 250 V AC / 30 V DC) and eight optically isolated digital inputs, supporting both passive (dry contact) and active (NPN/PNP) signals. The built-in RS485 interface enables communication with Modbus RTU industrial devices.
Integrated protection circuits include galvanic isolation of the power supply, digital isolation, optical isolation, as well as ESD and surge protection. The module also features an RTC, microSD card slot, SMA antenna connector, buzzer, programmable RGB LED, and indicator LEDs for power and transmission. The ABS enclosure allows DIN rail 35 mm mounting, ensuring easy integration into automation systems.
