USR-M300-EW is an industrial IoT gateway with 2.4/5.8 GHz WiFi and Ethernet, designed for collecting and transmitting data from serial and I/O devices. It supports MQTT, Modbus RTU/TCP, VPN, and cloud integration. The compact design, flexible expansion capabilities, and advanced local control functions make the device ideal for industrial applications, automation, and distributed systems.
USR-M300-EW is an industrial IoT Edge Gateway with dual-band WiFi connectivity (2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz) and Ethernet interface. Designed for remote data collection, processing, and transmission to the cloud, it supports Modbus RTU/TCP, MQTT, SNMP, and VPN (PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN) protocols. The device enables configuration of alarm conditions, local processing (edge computing), and control based on I/O signal logic.
The modular design of the gateway allows expansion with additional I/O modules. The device operates on a Linux system, equipped with a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and powered by 9–36 V DC. It supports cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, ThingsBoard, and PUSR Cloud. Installation is possible on a DIN rail or wall-mounted. The ABS enclosure meets the IP30 protection rating.
