Capacitive Fingerprint Reader (B) - fingerprint reader with UART/USB interface

Description

Integrated capacitive fingerprint sensor communicating with the external system via UART or USB interface. It has a rectangular-shaped sensor field and takes a fingerprint image with a resolution of 192 x 192 pixels (508 dpi). The module is based on the Cortex processor and a secure fingerprinting algorithm. The fingerprint sensor offers features such as fingerprint registration, image acquisition, feature search and fingerprint matching. Thanks to the communication based on the UART and USB interface, the sensor is easy to use and can be easily integrated into fingerprint checking applications that require small size and high precision.
