The M5Stack Finger Unit is a module with a FPC1020A fingerprint sensor designed for the M5Stack sets. The sensor has a built-in memory and can store up to 150 fingerprints. It offers features such as fingerprint registration, image acquisition, feature search and fingerprint comparison. It also supports 360 degree finger rotation recognition. Thanks to the communication based on the UART interface (Grove connector), the sensor is easy to use and can be easily integrated with applications for checking fingerprints built into e.g. a lock on the door.
