The HC-12 module is a multi-channel wireless data transmission module. It can operate in the frequency band from 433.4 to 473.0 MHz on one of the 100 available channels with a 400 kHz step. The maximum transmitting power of the module is 100 mW (20 dBm), and the receiving sensitivity is -117 dBm at a transmission speed of 5000 bps in the air. The module can transfer data up to 1000 m in open space. There is a pin and a u.FL connector on the board for connecting an external antenna. The module is supplied with the voltage ranging from 3.2 V to 5.5 V and communicates via the UART interface.
