Description

reComputer Mini J501 Carrier Board with GMSL expansion is a compact carrier board designed for NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin™ 32GB and NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin™ 64GB modules. Designed for next-generation robotics, it serves as an excellent alternative to the NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin™ Developer Kit, offering greater flexibility for integration into end devices. With support for computing performance of up to 275 TOPS, the platform is ideal for embedded AI projects, humanoid robots, and autonomous systems. Its compact dimensions allow installation in space-constrained designs such as humanoid robots or mobile inspection platforms.

The board supports a wide power input range of 19 to 48 V DC (max. 54 V) via an XT30 connector, enabling direct integration with 48 V battery systems. A rich set of interfaces includes USB 3.2, 10G Ethernet, isolated CAN-FD, RS-485, I2S, and GPIO, providing full flexibility in control and communication system design. With support for 8 GMSL2 cameras (MAX96712) and 4× 4-lane CSI, the board is well suited for Vision AI applications such as SLAM, BEV, and Occupancy Grid. Multi-sensor data fusion support enables integration of LiDAR (Ethernet/CAN), 3D cameras (USB/CSI), GPS, and IMU (UART), allowing precise real-time localization and navigation. The platform supports advanced AI model development, including Vision-Language Models (e.g., LLaVA), object detection systems, and generative AI applications. Thanks to the high performance of AGX Orin, algorithms such as ORB-SLAM, A-LOAM, or Nav2 can run without the need for external computing units. Its compact design, wide operating temperature range, and industrial-grade build quality make the reComputer Mini J501 an ideal platform for rapid prototyping and deployment in robotics, logistics, manufacturing, and autonomous systems.
