ETH01-EVO is a three-in-one communication gateway for IoT systems, integrating WiFi, Bluetooth Low Energy and wired Ethernet based on the ESP32-C3 with a 32-bit RISC-V core. The module enables network communication through a complete TCP/IP stack with support for IPv4, TCP and UDP, as well as configuration and control using an AT command set. It is designed for projects requiring stable wired connectivity combined with wireless communication on a single hardware platform.
Ethernet communication is provided through an RJ45 10/100 Mb/s interface, while data exchange with the controller is handled via the SPI bus. The ETH01-EVO module can be mounted directly onto a PCB or used with pin headers in prototyping projects. Support for WiFi modes such as Station, SoftAP, SoftAP+Station and P2P allows flexible adaptation to various system architectures.
The board features 32 Mbit Flash memory and operates at 3.3 V or 5 V depending on the power configuration. The average current consumption is approximately 80 mA. The operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C enables use in industrial and outdoor environments.
The PCB also includes a reserved footprint for an dedicated PoE module, allowing the device to be powered directly via the Ethernet cable in network installations.
