Description

M5Stack PM2.5 Air Quality Kit is a set for testing ambient temperature and humidity as well as air quality. It is a combination of the M5Stack Basic host module, the SHT30 temperature and humidity sensor and the PMSA003 digital universal particle concentration sensor. It allows you to download temperature and humidity data and collect and calculate the number of suspended particles of various sizes in the air per unit volume. Simple and reliable design enables quick implementation and use in industrial applications for collecting environmental data or providing real-time accurate data on the amount of pollutants in the environment based on the concentration of PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10 particles.

M5Stack Basic equipped with an ESP32 module with a dual-core 32-bit Xtensa 240 MHz LX6 processor, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication and 16 MB Flash memory. It has a USB type C interface, which is used for charging, programming and communication, and an integrated 2" screen. The module is powered by a 110 mAh battery managed by the IP5306 chip. The M5Stack ESP32 Basic Core also has a microSD card slot and a speaker and power and reset buttons.There are also 3 programmable buttons and a connector with GPIO pins.It can be programmed by Arduino and UIFlow (using Blockly, MicroPython language).

The set can be used as an air quality sensor. It will be used e.g. in an advanced home weather station.
