StamPLC is a next-generation programmable logic controller (PLC) designed for industrial applications, automation, and remote monitoring. At the heart of the device is the StampS3A control module, based on the ESP32-S3, which provides high computing performance and efficient wireless connectivity. The controller offers 8 opto-isolated digital inputs and 4 relay digital outputs, supporting both AC and DC loads, allowing safe control of industrial devices. Additionally, thanks to the GPIO.EXT port and two Grove interfaces, integration with sensors and actuators is fast and reliable.
The device is equipped with PWR-CAN and PWR-485 interfaces, enabling communication within industrial field networks such as Modbus and CAN. A 1.14-inch color display and user buttons allow for easy configuration and monitoring, with a built-in buzzer enhancing usability and safety. The integrated microSD card slot allows for local data storage and firmware updates. In harsh environments, the device can be powered from a DC 6–36V source and mounted on a DIN rail. With built-in sensors for temperature (LM75), voltage/current (INA226), and a real-time clock (RTC), the device enables accurate diagnostics and time synchronization. Factory firmware supports automatic data transmission to M5’s EZDATA cloud platform, enabling remote monitoring and control via the Internet. StamPLC is an ideal solution for industrial automation, smart production systems, and IoT projects.
