Compact development kit from the M5Stick series equipped with ESP32 Pico and display and MLX90640 matrix. It will work well in projects related to IoT or as a STEM educational tool, e.g. as a small thermal imaging camera. M5 Stack K126
M5Stick T-Lite is a compact development kit from the M5Stick series equipped with ESP32 Pico and MLX90640 sensor, i.e. thermal imaging matrix. ESP32 Pico is a module with a dual-core 32-bit Xtensa 240 MHz LX6 processor. It offers Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication and has a built-in 4 MB Flash memory.
The M5Stick set has a USB type C interface, which is used for charging, programming and serial communication, and an integrated 1.14" screen. It is powered by a 160 mAh battery managed by the AXP192 chip. The M5Stick also has a built-in buzzer and microphone.
The MLX90640 is the MLX90640 infrared sensor, which is actually a 32x24 pixel measurement matrix. It enables temperature measurement in the range from -40 to 300°C with an accuracy of 1°C. The camera has a viewing angle of 110°x75°, and communication with the sensor takes place via the I2C interface. As feedback, it sends data independently for each pixel (obtaining the temperature, however, requires complex calculations) with a refresh rate of up to 64 Hz. The sensor can be used as a low-resolution thermal imaging camera.

M5Stick T-Lite can be programmed by Arduino and UIFlow (using Blockly, a MicroPython language). The set is perfect for IoT-related projects, as a STEM educational tool or in wearable devices. Full documentation of the kit is available on the manufacturer's website.
