The System-on-Module StarSOM 6ULL series by SoMLabs are based on NXP i.MX6-ULL processors with Cortex-A7 core (up to 900 MHz). The modules can be equipped with a wireless WiFi module (802.11b / g / n), Bluetooth 4.1 and a wired Ethernet 10/100 PHY module. The modules are equipped with eMMC memory. Modules are available in many configurations, they can also be adapted to individual customer needs.
