Description
The VisionSOM-G2L modules are a family of compact System on Modules (SoM) in SODIMM format, based on the dual-core Renesas RZ/G2L processor. They offer efficient, energy-saving ARM Cortex-A55 cores (up to 1.2 GHz) and ARM Cortex-M33 (up to 200 MHz), as well as a 3D graphics processor (ARM Mali-G31 GPU @500 MHz) with support for OpenGL 3.2ES/OpenCL 2.0 and a video codec processor (VCP) capable of processing 1920x1080 images at 30 frames per second.
The VisionSOM-G2L is a highly integrated module designed for multimedia and video applications. The module is available in various memory configurations, including 1 GB of fast DDR4 memory and eMMC Flash storage, tailored to the user's requirements.
The SoM supports a wide range of interfaces, including two USB 2.0 ports, 1Gbit Ethernet, audio, MIPI-DSI output with optional touchscreen support, MIPI-CSI camera input, and communication interfaces such as 2xCAN. The module is also designed for industrial environments, offering high reliability and top-level functionality.
