Description

OAK-FFC 1P PoE is a versatile prototyping platform designed to connect any FFC camera module, perfectly tailored to the specific requirements of a project in terms of resolution, frame rate, field of view, shutter type, and depth of field. Equipped with the built-in OAK-SoM-PRO, it offers 4 TOPS of computational power (1.4 TOPS for AI) and advanced neural network processing and computer vision capabilities. The platform supports video encoding in H.264, H.265, and MJPEG formats, up to 4K/30 FPS and 1080P/60 FPS, as well as image processing features like distortion correction, resizing, cropping, edge detection, and feature tracking.

The platform is powered by Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), enabling convenient power and data transmission through a gigabit Ethernet port. Compatibility with FFC camera modules allows easy hardware customization to meet project needs, and the support for custom AI models makes it a flexible tool. The board requires manual calibration of camera modules according to the provided calibration instructions. OAK-FFC 1P PoE supports a wide range of camera modules with sensors, including IMX214, IMX378, OV9282, OV9782, IMX582, and many more, offering various field of views, resolutions, and shutter types. Additionally, it can be compatible with RPi camera interfaces using a dedicated FFC converter. The OAK-FFC 1P PoE platform is an ideal solution for projects requiring flexibility, high computational power, and advanced image processing and AI features.
