3D printer nozzle in the V6 standard with a 0.4 mm diameter, made of hardened tool steel with a nickel coating and WS2 layer reducing material adhesion. Designed for printing 1.75 mm filaments, especially abrasive materials and those requiring higher printing temperatures. Prusa Nozzle X E3D V6 0.4 mm
The Nozzle X E3D V6 0.4 mm is designed for 3D printing materials with increased abrasiveness as well as filaments requiring higher operating temperatures. Compared to standard brass nozzles, it offers significantly higher wear resistance, making it suitable for filaments containing carbon fiber, metallic additives, or other abrasive particles.
The nozzle is made of hardened tool steel and coated with a nickel plating that maintains high hardness even at elevated temperatures. An additional WS2 coating reduces filament adhesion to the nozzle surface, which can improve printing stability and surface quality of printed parts.
The nozzle is intended for printing 1.75 mm filaments and is compatible with hotends using the E3D V6 standard. In Original Prusa MK4 and Prusa XL printers it can be used with a Nextruder V6 nozzle adapter (sold separately).
