The Freescale TWR-PROTO module expands the capabilities of the Tower system, allowing users to build and test their own circuits on a prototyping area. With full access to system bus signals, it is an ideal tool for experimenting, designing, and integrating custom hardware solutions.
The TWR-PROTO module allows designers to easily add their own circuits and components to the Freescale Tower System. The 9 × 8 cm board, equipped with edge connectors, connects directly to the Tower System, providing access to all bus signals. The prototyping area, measuring 8.3 × 3.8 cm, enables the installation of additional components and custom circuits. The module can be combined with other microcontroller and peripheral boards within the Tower System to create complete test and demonstration configurations.
