The module has a built-in memory DDR3 128 MB and Flash 256 MB. The tile contains numerous peripheral systems, including LED diodes, user buttons, accelerometer or microSD card connector.
The tile is compatible with the Freescale Tower system. The modular design of the system makes it easy to use, reliable, well integrated and provides toolchain with a compiler, debugger and analyzer.
