Portable 550 W Hot Air station designed for soldering and desoldering electronic components, shrinking heat-shrink materials and other tasks requiring a controlled stream of hot air. Description
The portable FNIRSI SAG-55 PRO Hot Air station uses a heating element with a maximum power of 550 W and a microcontroller-based PID temperature control system. The temperature range from 100°C to 450°C allows operating conditions to be adjusted for soldering and desoldering SMD components, removing integrated circuits, shrinking heat-shrink tubing and other service tasks. The brushless fan provides an airflow of up to 80 l/min, adjustable across 20 levels, while temperature and settings are shown on a 1.54" color LCD with a resolution of 240 x 240 px.
Three programmable temperature and airflow presets simplify operation and allow quick switching between settings for different tasks. A cold air mode is also available, along with temperature adjustment in steps from 5°C to 25°C, standby temperature adjustment from 70°C to 100°C and calibration at 120°C, 220°C, 320°C and 420°C. Automatic shutdown can be set to 5, 10 or 15 minutes, or disabled.
The PRO version includes a smart metal stand that works with a magnetic sensor integrated into the handle. When the handle is placed on the stand, the device enters standby mode and activates intensive cooling. Picking it up again restores normal operation. The LED indicator shows the operating status and temperature changes, while integrated protection systems monitor operation and disable heating if an abnormal condition is detected.
The handle measures 260 x 60 x 40 mm without the nozzle and is connected to the power adapter via a 1.2 m silicone cable. The included power adapter for the European version operates from 200-240 V AC at 50-60 Hz, while the AC power cord is 1.2 m long. Operating noise remains below 65 dB. The heating tube measures 80 mm in length and 21.6 mm in diameter and is compatible with 850 series nozzles.
