Description
PCID4ZPKWM1250M12 inductive sensor is designed for non-contact detection of metal objects in industrial automation systems. Thanks to its standard M12 housing and compact design, the sensor is ideal for applications with limited mounting space. The device offers a nominal sensing range of 4 mm and features a flush (shielded) sensing face, allowing installation in metal surfaces without the risk of interference. The nickel-plated brass housing ensures high resistance to mechanical damage and harsh environmental conditions.
The sensor operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30 V DC and features a PNP NO output, meaning the signal is activated upon object detection. The maximum load current is 200 mA, while the low leakage current of 0.01 mA and voltage drop below 2 V ensure stable and energy-efficient operation. With a high switching frequency of up to 1 kHz and fast response times of 0.2 ms, the sensor is well suited for dynamic applications requiring quick reaction times.
The device features high repeatability of 1% (Sn) and switching hysteresis of 15% (Sn), ensuring stable operation and precise detection.
