Renesas Electronics presents the ARM R7FA4M1AB3CFMAA0 microcontroller from the RA4M1 family. It is a surface-mounted system (SMD/SMT) in the LQFP-64 housing. Powered by an ARM Cortex M4 core, this microcontroller has 256 kB of Flash memory dedicated to the program and 32 kB of SRAM RAM. It works with a data bus width of 32 bits and a maximum clock frequency of 48 MHz. The microcontroller also offers a 14-bit ADC converter, as well as an 8-bit and 12-bit DAC converter. The operating voltage range is from 1.6V to 5.5V and the operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
