The two-channel signal generator offers a frequency range of up to 15MHz for square and triangle waves and up to 6MHz for pulses and arbitrary waves. The device provides high precision with a frequency accuracy of 20ppm and stability of 1ppm/3h, as well as pulse width adjustment functions and an amplitude resolution of 1mV. JDS2900-15
A two-channel signal generator with a frequency of up to 15MHz is an advanced tool for generating various forms of waves. In the quadrangular and triangular range, the generator reaches a frequency of up to 15MHz, and for pulse and any wave form up to 6MHz. The pulse width is adjustable from 100nS to 4000S, and the square wave rise time is 25ns. The smallest possible frequency resolution is 0.01uHz and the frequency accuracy is 20ppm. Moreover, the frequency stability is 1ppm/3h. The generator is characterized by a wavelength of 2048 points, a vertical resolution of the waveform of 14-bit and an amplitude resolution of 1mV. All these parameters are provided by a device with an output impedance of 50Ω.
