Description

WindSensor Pro by BleBox is an advanced wind speed sensor that measures current, maximum, and average wind speeds ranging from 0.5 m/s to 30 m/s (1.8 – 108 km/h). With the wBox app, you can monitor historical data and wind speed charts, and set notifications on your smartphone for high wind conditions. WindSensor Pro automatically opens or closes awnings, blinds, or shutters in strong winds, protecting them from damage.

The WiFi-enabled WindSensor Pro provides the following measurements:

• Current wind speed
• Maximum wind speed (gusts)
• Average wind speed (over the last 10 minutes)

The wBox app allows you to set the measurement unit to m/s, km/h, or knots. Additionally, you can view historical measurement values and export data to a file. This sensor is ideal as a measuring station before installing a wind turbine, allowing you to check for wind speeds above 5 m/s and how often they occur.
