Laser-450nm-5W is a precision blue laser module designed for projects requiring engraving or cutting of various materials. With adjustable focus, high power, and good optical stability, it is suitable for use in devices such as laser plotters, 3D printers with cutting function, paper cutting machines, aluminum tags, and craft stations. Equipped with an efficient cooling system, it enables long-term operation without overheating.
Description
Blue laser module with a wavelength of 450 nm, equipped with a precision laser head with an output power of 4.5 W. Designed for DIY projects involving engraving and cutting of materials such as stainless steel, acrylic, wood, or paper. Focus adjustment is mechanical via rotating the head, allowing the spot size to be matched to the working distance for optimal performance.
The module includes a built-in 12 V DC fan and heatsink, providing efficient heat dissipation, low noise emission, and energy efficiency. Control is via a PWM signal (2.5–5 V), with a response frequency up to 2 kHz. The use of original glass lenses and a high-quality laser diode ensures stable operation and long service life.
