It is a textbook from mechatronics - quite a new scientific discipline, combining elements of mechanics and machine building, electrical engineering, electronics, automation and robotics, and computer science. The lack of textbooks in Polish in this field hinders the implementation of mechatronics to the educational process. The most important problems presented in the book are the basics of functioning and methods of analysis of mechatronic systems. The advantage of the book is an illustration of the described solutions using well-chosen and interesting computational examples.
